As a Bilingual Field Interviewer, you will play a vital role in our research initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to conduct face-to-face interviews with participants, ensuring high-quality data collection while adhering to ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured interview guide while maintaining a conversational tone.
• Document participant responses accurately and in detail.
• Ensure the confidentiality of participant information.
• Check data for quality and accuracy after interviews.
• Collaborate with the research team to refine interview techniques.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance research skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
