Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record in leading successful projects. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to gather project requirements.
• Create risk assessments and manage risk throughout the project.
• Optimize resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards before handover.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior project staff.
• Manage project changes and document change requests.
• Report project status to senior management regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus

• 5+ years of experience leading projects in fast-paced environments
