Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Durban. This role is crucial in overseeing project execution, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a keen ability to coordinate tasks across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and execute project plans while adjusting as necessary.
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify project goals and identify needs.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within projects.
  • Prepare for and lead project post-mortems to identify successes.
  • Manage project change requests and assess impacts.
  • Supervise budget management and resource allocation.
  • Establish and manage project charters and schedules.
  • Support the organization’s goals through strategic project planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience
