Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and be responsible for providing top-notch IT assistance to our clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and troubleshoot help desk requests efficiently.
  • Maintain network security and monitor for any issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for technical support as necessary.
  • Implement security protocols to protect data and IT assets.
  • Perform regular backups and data recovery as needed.
  • Support the IT team with software updates and patch management.
  • Provide insights for improving user satisfaction and IT performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant IT support experience
