Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Stellenbosch. In this role, you will lead projects in AI and machine learning, focusing on developing algorithms that solve real-world problems. Responsibilities

• Research and develop state-of-the-art AI solutions that cater to industry needs.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept models for demonstration.
• Collaborate with external partners and research institutions for project validation.
• Utilize big data technologies for large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Engage in peer reviews of research work to ensure quality and relevance.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of AI research initiatives.
• Assist with the recruitment of new team members by participating in interviews.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence or Data Science
• PhD in related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI and data analytics

Languages
