Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient management of inventory for the company. This includes monitoring inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with other departments to optimize inventory flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of inventory records and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams on inventory budgeting.
• Implement and review inventory control policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on inventory status for management.
• Train staff on inventory management processes and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory management.

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Certifications

• Certified Inventory Management Professional (CIMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
