Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Deliver educational sessions for patients on health topics.
  • Manage diagnostic tests and evaluate their implications.
  • Administer treatments while monitoring patient responses.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations.
  • Document clinical findings and treatment methodologies accurately.
  • Participate actively in peer reviews and clinical meetings.
  • Foster patient relationships to promote a supportive care environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
