As a Health Technologist and Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting surgical procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring all equipment is ready for use.
Responsibilities
Support the surgical team in all aspects of care during operations.
Document all relevant patient information accurately and timely.
Assist in inventory management of surgical supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly to the needs of the surgical team and patients.
Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Keep abreast of best practices in surgical technology.
Help train junior staff members on surgical procedures.

Requirements
Education
Diploma in Surgical Technology or related field
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management is a plus
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in surgical technology.
