Job Description

As a Game Room Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of our gaming operations, ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing gaming equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with game selection and provide game instructions.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the gaming area at all times.
• Facilitate transactions and issue tickets or tokens for games.
• Monitor customer behavior to promote a respectful gaming environment.
• Provide exemplary customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain records of revenue and assist with inventory tracking.
• Help in organizing gaming tournaments or special events.
• Collaborate with fellow attendants to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team training and development programs.
• Adapt to new gaming technologies and equipment updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in hospitality or gaming is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Cash handling experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Conversational

• Multilingual: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
