We are seeking a detail-oriented Mattress Sewer who will be responsible for sewing and assembling various types of mattresses within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong sewing skills and work efficiently to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mattress layers and components with precision.
• Maintain equipment and sewing machines for optimal performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates.
• Identify and report any defects in materials.
• Keep abreast of production timelines and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in sewing and upholstery is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of practical sewing machine operation experience
