Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a diverse client base. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop comprehensive treatment plans and support clients in their mental health journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical interviews and develop case histories.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in treatment.
  • Maintain a supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
  • Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.
  • Collaborate on research opportunities to enhance mental health practices.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities based on client needs.
  • Document all sessions and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Doctorate in Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
