In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to tackle various engineering projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience across different engineering disciplines, with key responsibilities including project management, design implementation, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of engineering systems and processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to derive effective solutions.
• Assist in training junior engineers and technical staff.
• Establish and uphold best engineering practices within the team.
• Monitor and manage project budgets effectively.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in engineering roles with project lead experience
