Job Description

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to optimize our logistics operations in Durban. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end supply chain, coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient resource management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Manage logistics schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with shipments and deliveries.
• Utilize logistics software to track shipments and inventory.
• Train staff on best practices for logistics and transportation.
• Evaluate and implement new logistics technologies.
• Collaborate with finance departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Report on key performance indicators related to the logistics process.
• Assist with special projects aimed at improving the overall logistics strategy.
• Support the logistics team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles
