Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Academic Consultant to provide specialized educational support to students with diverse learning needs. You will play a crucial role in developing personalized learning strategies and collaborating with educators and families to enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with students in various educational settings to support their learning and development.
  • Facilitate workshops for teachers focused on special education needs.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and resources to support student needs.
  • Foster relationships with community partners to build a support network for families.
  • Lead initiatives promoting inclusivity in schools and communities.
  • Analyze educational data to drive decision-making and policy development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in educational consulting or a related field
