Curriculum Developer

Job Description

As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing dynamic and innovative educational tools and materials. You will collaborate with educators to develop inclusive curricula that accommodate different learning styles and ensure that our academic offerings remain relevant and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze current educational practices and trends to inform curriculum development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create specialized curriculum content.
• Evaluate and select instructional materials, resources, and technology to support curricula.
• Lead workshops and training for teachers focused on innovative teaching methodologies.
• Monitor student progress and feedback to adjust curricula as necessary.
• Assist with the development of online or blended learning curriculum strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Master's degree in Curriculum Development preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
