UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, focusing on both user experience and aesthetic design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for user interfaces on various platforms.
• Utilize best practices in user experience design to elevate product usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and executed perfectly.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to make data-driven design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate in design activities.
• Create engaging and informative presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of practical experience in UX/UI design
