You will work closely with various departments to troubleshoot and enhance our technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer issues and provide precise solutions or workarounds.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients to confirm resolution of their issues.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team efficiency.
• Support the testing of new products and features from a user perspective.
• Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and issues encountered.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a customer service role in IT
