Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist in Port Elizabeth to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and possess a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR policies that align with company goals.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and complaints.
  • Support team leaders in managing employee performance issues.
  • Work with management to develop strategic HR initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

  • Liaise with external HR consultants when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration

  • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
