Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting candidates to successfully placing them in roles. You will partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilise networking and referral strategies to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct skills assessments and coordinate interview processes for candidates.
  • Create a positive candidate experience from application to placement.
  • Prepare and present job offers in collaboration with the hiring team.
  • Stay updated on compliance and legal issues related to recruitment.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the agency.
  • Provide market insights to clients to assist with their hiring strategies.
  • Mentor junior recruitment consultants in best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
