We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while maximizing productivity. Strong leadership skills and a focus on safety and quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage warehouse space to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting and resource allocation for the warehouse.
• Monitor technological advancements in warehousing and logistics.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Evaluate and resolve issues regarding material flow and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service through efficient warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
