This role involves troubleshooting and resolving telecommunication issues, along with designing network architectures that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Ideal candidates possess in-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems and network management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for telecommunication projects.
• Design layout and operational schemes for telecom systems.
• Perform regular testing and upgrades of telecommunication equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate logs of installation and maintenance work.
• Participate in project meetings to provide technical expertise.
• Utilize network management tools for monitoring network performance.
• Champion best practices in safety and compliance across telecom operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering
