Responsibilities

• Craft innovative design proposals that meet both client and environmental needs.
• Conduct site analysis to inform design decisions.
• Utilize CAD software to produce detailed architectural plans.
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions to enhance design concepts.
• Review construction progress and resolve any discrepancies with plans.
• Participate in community engagement events to promote projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software
• Construction Documentation

• Leadership

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
