Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret physician orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Conduct medication reviews and counseling sessions.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of medications.
• Implement safety protocols to prevent medication errors.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff as necessary.
• Stay updated with advancements in pharmaceutical science.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate training in Advanced Pharmacy Practice is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy or retail pharmacy environment
