Job Description

The Claims Service Representative plays a critical role in managing insurance claims. You will be responsible for processing claims submitted by customers, ensuring efficient and accurate handling while delivering outstanding service throughout the entire claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process insurance claims efficiently.
  • Ensure all claims are handled according to company policies.

  • Collaborate with claims Assessors to improve processes.
  • Engage in customer outreach to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, customer service) preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in claims processing or a related field
