Job Description

We are in search of a Personal Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing knowledgeable insurance advice, developing strong client relationships, and assisting clients with policy changes and claims. A hands-on approach to meeting sales targets is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and help them choose the right products.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Meet predefined sales metrics while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess their financial needs and adjust policies accordingly.
  • Actively participate in professional development and training opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team with client acquisition campaigns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in client relationships.
  • Contribute suggestions for improving service delivery and product offerings.
  • Document all client interactions clearly via the CRM system.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance or Insurance
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance sales sector.
