Job Description

As the Computer Systems Information Director, you will oversee the company's information technology department, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. This role involves leadership of the IT team, collaboration with various departments to meet technological needs, and implementation of best practices in IT management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the IT department, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Create and enforce policies that promote data integrity and security.
  • Evaluate and enhance the current IT infrastructure.
  • Train staff on new technologies and processes.
  • Establish strategic goals for IT operations aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Develop risk management strategies for data protection and IT security.
  • Facilitate communication between IT and other departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships for software and hardware procurement.
  • Implement cloud solutions and virtualization strategies where appropriate.
  • Ensure all systems are compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in IT
