Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second-line support to our clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional IT support for users in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in setting up new IT equipment for employees.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and provide solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software purchases.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in IT or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in technical support roles

  • Linux Operating Systems

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
