Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to oversee the administrative functions of our healthcare facility in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will engage in managing operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing patient care services.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage operations in healthcare settings.
  • Ensure quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Attend leadership meetings to discuss operational strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services or Public Administration
  • Master's degree in related field is advantageous
