Job Description

As a Software Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you will ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. You will conduct various testing activities including functional, usability, and performance testing, contributing significantly to the delivery of robust solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests where applicable.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure software meets user requirements.

• Engage in continuous learning to keep up with industry standards and trends.
• Help organize QA workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Contribute to documentation of software updates and release notes.
• Participate in meetings to provide QA insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar field
• Higher certification in quality assurance is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing and QA methodologies

Technical Skills

• Test Management Software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• SQL for Database Testing
• Knowledge of API Testing

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• Agile Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile application testing: Familiarity with testing on Android and iOS platforms.
