Job Description

As a Desktop Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive technical support to our users. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
  • Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  • Assist in the rollout of company-wide technology initiatives.
  • Provide support for video conferencing tools and equipment.
  • Work with third-party vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Respond to call-outs and provide on-site support when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of desktop support experience
