We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, assist in valuations and develop financial models to support corporate strategy. This role requires proficiency in financial reporting and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate corporate financial strategies and provide recommendations.
• Review and analyze historical and forecast financial data.
• Collaborate with senior analysts on various financial projects.
• Assist with compliance reporting and audits.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Support the Finance Director in strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar analyst role

• CFA Level I or II
