Job Description

As a Project Crew Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our project team and ensuring that construction projects are executed smoothly. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks, from logistics management to hands-on construction activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities of construction workers.
  • Assist in conflict resolution between team members.
  • Monitor material usage and report discrepancies.
  • Help in vendor management for supplies.
  • Facilitate communication between the site team and management.
  • Gather data for project financial analysis.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Ensure project equipment is functional and maintained.
  • Provide insights into project progress and productivity.
  • Support quality control efforts throughout the project.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Project Management qualification is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination
