• Evaluate subcontractor performance and enforce accountability.
• Utilize project management software to track schedules and costs.

• Conduct site inspections and assessments for project progress.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Report on project risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in project management are beneficial

• 7+ years of experience in construction projects
