Job Description

We are searching for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Durban. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics management.

Responsibilities

  • Implement end-to-end supply chain solutions for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor vendor performance and evaluate new suppliers.
  • Optimize order fulfillment processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing to align supply chain strategies.
  • Manage supply chain budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Establish KPIs for supply chain performance evaluation.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding supply chain issues.
  • Lead efforts in sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role
