We are seeking a Car Wash Manager who will oversee all day-to-day operations at our busy car wash facility. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, manage a dedicated team, and deliver outstanding customer service, making sure every vehicle receives the best care.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the car wash, focusing on service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor car wash staff for optimum performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee upkeep and maintenance of equipment to prolong service life.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues proficiently.
• Manage stock levels and order materials as necessary.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze operational performance.
• Implement promotional campaigns to boost service awareness.
• Encourage feedback to continuously improve services.
• Train staff on customer handling and car wash techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial role
