Job Description

As an Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and watercraft. You will work closely with a team to ensure all services are performed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and watercraft.
• Assist clients with the operation of service equipment.
• Provide feedback to the service manager on customer service.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Document all service work completed for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technicians to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts in achieving service goals.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Qualification in Auto Mechanics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in service or repair roles in the automotive/watercraft sector
