• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and watercraft.
• Assist clients with the operation of service equipment.
• Provide feedback to the service manager on customer service.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly.
• Document all service work completed for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technicians to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to team efforts in achieving service goals.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and equipment.

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Automotive Technology is an advantage
• Automotive Repair Experience in repairing and maintaining various vehicle models.
• Watercraft Maintenance Knowledge of watercraft servicing and repair techniques.
• Customer Service Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service.
• Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to Detail Highly detail-oriented, ensuring quality service delivery.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE)
• Certified Marine Technician (CMT)
• English (Fluent)
