Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Cabinetmaker / Frame Builder dedicated to constructing robust frames for bicycles and other structures. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret engineering designs to plan frame constructions.
• Shape and cut metal/wood components as per design specifications.
• Weld frame parts together using the correct techniques.
• Test the structural integrity of constructed frames to ensure safety and durability.
• Collaborate with design teams to troubleshoot and refine frame designs.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace, complying with all safety regulations.
• Log materials used and hours worked accurately.
• Keep up with industry standards and incorporate best practices into work.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in Welding or Metalwork

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in frame construction or relevant roles.
