Job Description

As a Construction Engineer at Construction Dynamics Ltd., you will lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure the delivery of projects within budget and on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for various construction initiatives.
• Prepare project proposals and feasibility reports.
• Coordinate logistics for materials and supplies needed on site.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain safety protocols to protect team members.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage constructive feedback.
• Document project changes and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in construction project management or engineering

Certifications

• Construction Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
