Responsibilities

• Perform structural assessments and report findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time.
• Provide innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
• Support the drafting team with concept sketches and initial designs.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to track project progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Document and archive project information and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in the civil engineering sector

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with site management: Experience overseeing construction projects on-site.
• Knowledge of project management software: Experience with software such as MS Project or Primavera.
