Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a passion for leading teams towards successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for project tasks.
• Lead the project team in executing project strategies effectively.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Utilize project management tools to oversee and report on project status.
• Engage with external vendors as needed for project requirements.
• Provide training and support to team members as necessary.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout all project phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus

Experience

• Experience working in cross-functional teams is desired

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages
