Binding Bench Worker

Job Description

As a Binding Bench Worker, your main responsibility will be to operate machinery to bind various printed materials such as books and brochures, ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust binding machines according to job requirements.
• Check materials against job specifications prior to starting production.
• Conduct quality control checks during and after production runs.
• Keep accurate records of job progress and machine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with the production team regarding project status.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in Printing or Binding preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance
• Labeling and Packaging

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of quality control processes: Experience with quality control and inspection procedures to ensure product standards.
