Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hobbing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining hobbing machines to produce gears and other mechanical parts. The ideal individual will have prior experience in this area, alongside strong technical skills and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hobbing machines according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Calibrate machines to ensure precision in production.
• Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in Machining or Engineering

Experience

• 2+ years experience with CNC machines is a plus

• CNC Programming
• CAD/CAM Software

• Problem-solving
