Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the room service team to uphold service quality standards.
Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
Schedule staff and manage payroll for the room service department.
Conduct performance evaluations and set objectives for the team.
Create and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu changes and food presentation.

Requirements
Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
Higher Certificate in Food Service Management or equivalent
Experience
3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role
