Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to assist in the smooth running of our operations. The ideal candidate will manage the feeding and offbearing of machines while ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate feeding and offbearing equipment efficiently.
• Conduct regular equipment checks for maintenance.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of machines as required.
• Log production data for tracking and analysis.
• Identify and resolve any process bottlenecks.
• Maintain stock levels of materials and report shortages.
• Engage in active communication with supervisors regarding workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for production.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certificate in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Machinery Maintenance
• Logistics Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations: Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
• Bilingual abilities (English and Afrikaans): Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans will be beneficial.
