Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist in our Cape Town pharmacy, you will be responsible for the safe dispensing of medication, patient consultations, and ensuring the highest standards of pharmacy practice. You will contribute to community health and provide guidance on medication management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management sessions with patients.
• Provide specialized consultations to healthcare professionals.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving pharmaceutical supplies.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Utilize pharmacy management systems for record keeping.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is an advantage
