Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll be pivotal in managing HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting employees and improving workplace culture in our Cape Town office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Assist in developing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with management on organizational development initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Review and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or generalist role
