Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment and selection for various roles.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
• Help resolve employee conflicts and enhance workplace culture.
• Provide support for performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Organize training and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documents.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR
