Job Description

As a Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer, you will be responsible for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems maintenance. You will perform installations, repairs, and troubleshooting of telecommunication equipment ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and configuration of telecommunication systems and devices.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot telecommunication equipment.
• Maintain proper documentation for all service calls and repairs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while working.
• Deliver exceptional client service and support regarding telecommunications issues.
• Assist in training junior technicians and new team members.
• Monitor equipment for performance metrics and report on findings.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve complex service issues.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Electronics

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications field

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages
