Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on production issues and implement solutions.

• Coordinate with project teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor market trends for technological advancements in manufacturing.
• Conduct regular audits of processes and suggest improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
• Collaborate with IT for technological enhancements in production.
• Participate in product development initiatives to ensure manufacturability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
