We are in search of an experienced Project Manager to lead key projects in Grahamstown. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of project execution run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Draft and oversee the execution of project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment.
• Assess resource allocation and make necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency.
• Utilize project management software to track milestones and deliverables.
• Lead team meetings to address challenges and gather feedback.
• Compile and present project documentation to senior management.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement through consistent communication and updates.
• Train and mentor junior project team members to promote professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Agile Certification is an advantage

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in managing complex projects.
